Loss Prevention, Asset Protection and what it means for Self-Checkout

This week I talk about self check out registers and what it means what it means to consumers when it comes to Loss Prevention and Asset Protection Agents.  I also talk about what it takes to be a successful Loss Prevention Agent and what the job entails. I also discuss some of the legal ramifications involved with being a Loss Prevention Agent or Asset Control Specialist.  I try to explain why customers are being video recorded at the self check out registers and what how that information is used by store security or employees.
