What You Think Doesn't Matter

Unreasonable Search and Seizure

Chris Thorn Season 1 Episode 16

Send us a text

On this week's episode I break down the fourth amendment to the constitution regarding a citizen's right to be protected against unreasonable search and seizure.

I break down the most common areas where a search may be conducted and mention the supporting case law associated with that particular situation.

I also talk about what information is required when Officers and Government agents apply for a warrant and the restrictions that go with those warrants.  Just because a Law Enforcement Officer shows up with a warrant, doesn't mean they can search and seize anything they feel is contraband.
