On this week's episode I break down the shooting that happened at a Mexican restaurant in Houston in which an armed good Samaritan took down a robber at gun point by shooting him several times.  Did the shooter cross the line of self defense and murder?  I try to explain the difference between the two and provide you verbatim what the Texas Statute states when it comes to self defense and deadly force.   Watch the attached video and decide for your self.

Also, I talk about the school shooting that happened in Virginia involving a six year old child that intentionally shot his teacher.   Who is responsible?  The child or the child's parent?  Tune in and find out.

I also introduce a new segment called "My 2 Cents" in which I select a topic at random and provide you my 2 cents worth of opinion.
