Join me this week as I talk about the accidental shooting death ofHalayna Huchins on Alec Baldwin's movie set in New Mexico. Should Alec be charged with manslaughter as a result? I will break down what happened and talk about what manslaughter is and how it may or may not apply to this situation. I also talk about whose responsibility it was to ensure the site was safe when it came to the use of live ammunition. I will also describe the difference between live rounds and dummy rounds and how easy it is to tell the difference.
